During the comprehensive renovation of Oulu City Hall completed in 2024, special attention was paid to accessibility. The accessible entrance is located on the Hallituskatu side of the building. All floors are accessible by elevator. Accessible restrooms are located on the ground floor and the first floor. At the Lääninhallituksen talo, access to the conference spaces is through the entrance on the right-hand side of the building, facing the park. The venue is not fully accessible (e.g. there are relatively high thresholds between some rooms), but a lift and an accessible toilet are available.
