Kulttuuripolitiikan tutkimuksen seura kokoaa yhteen monitieteistä kulttuuripolitiikan tutkimusta. Seura edistää tutkijoiden, hallinnon ja erilaisten kulttuuripolitiikan toimijoiden yhteistyötä Suomessa ja kansainvälisesti sekä edesauttaa tutkimustulosten soveltamista käytäntöön.

About the Society for Cultural Policy Research

Society for Cultural Policy Research in Finland was founded in Helsinki on 24 May 2012.

The aim of the Society is to promote cultural policy research in Finland and to offer a uniting forum for researchers and professionals of the field. The Society seeks to encourage national and international cooperation between experts from different branches, such as research, administration, museums, and organizations among others, and to promote possibilities to bring research results into practice. Cultural policy research as such is understood broadly.

Society for Cultural Policy Research in Finland takes initiative in advancing the research and education on cultural political phenomena. The Society is active in related publishing and informing, it organizes research activities and scientific conferences, seminars and meetings. The Society collaborates with other national and international scientific societies near to cultural policy research.
